This week’s Thursday Forum speaker is Vivek Pai, Assistant Professor of Computer Science. He’ll be talking about new technologies that could help make Internet access available to people in remote areas, especially in the developing world — where network access may be available only intermittently or with low reliability. This is a technical issue with a clear, high-impact link to public policy and human wellbeing.
