Vivek Kundra, the Chief Technology Officer of the District of Columbia, will speak about the ways he is using digital technology to make DC’s municipal government more transparent and trustworthy. DC is a national leader in online transparency at the city and local level — they have several hundred live feeds providing citizens with data of all kinds.
