Matt Devlin will give an overview of the growth of Uber’s global operations, the key public policy issues with which the company is engaged, and the impact that ridesharing platforms are having on the development of cities around the world. The presentation will be followed by Q&A.

Bio:

Matt is part of Uber’s Policy Intelligence & Research team, focusing on the public policy aspects of the company’s global operations. Prior to joining Uber, he worked on issues of institution building and post-conflict reconstruction in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Matt holds a BA in history from Yale, a MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a JD from Yale Law School.
