Frank Corrado and Grayson Barber have been defending a grad student and starving writer who were slapped with a lawsuit for expressing their opinions online. They will discuss the current state of the law, including the federal statute that protects Wikipedia. Frank and Grayson were local New Jersey counsel for Ed Felten in his case against the RIAA.
