Welcome this year’s class of fellows of Princeton’s Program in Law and Public Affairs (LAPA) and introduce them to CITP. The 2014-2015 LAPA Fellows are:
Jonathan Hafetz – Associate Professor at Seton Hall Law School and nationally recognized expert on national security and human rights issues
Turkuler Isiksel – Assistant Professor of Political Science at Columbia University working on the adaption of constitutionalism to supranational institutions and on democratic legitimacy and administrative governance
David S. Law – Professor of Law and Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis researching transnational and global elements of constitutionalism and the operation of courts
Michelle A. McKinley – Associate Professor of Law at University of Oregon Law School with expertise in international law, human rights, reproductive rights, globalization, and legal history
James Q. Whitman – Ford Foundation Professor of Comparative and Foreign Law at Yale Law School, where he teaches comparative law, criminal law, art law, and legal history
