Congratulations to Arvind Narayanan, Associate Professor of Computer Science, for being named a recipient of the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE). PECASE is “the highest honor bestowed by the United States Government to scientists and engineers who are beginning their independent research careers and who show exceptional promise for leadership in science and technology.”
Narayanan’s main three research areas include web privacy, data privacy & ethics, and bitcoin & cryptocurrencies and he leads Princeton’s Web Transparency and Accountability Project. For more information about PECASE and its recipients, please see the White House’s official statement here.
