Federal and State courts routinely face issues involving preservation and discovery of electronically stored information, as well as issues arising out of spoliation and admissibility of ESI. This presentation is an introduction to what the courts are doing.
Bio:
Ron Hedges served as a United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. He now consults on electronic discovery and records management and has served as an arbitrator, mediator and special master. Ron is a member of The Sedona Conference and is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
